Refund policy

Beaux hair is a 100% human hair company and due to hygiene reasons and customisations we do not give returns on any human hair products and pieces . Please read our policy before you wish to exchange or send us the products back . Products that are not valid for returns or exchanges : Any kind of items purchased during sale or discounted orders made on special request . Any products bought from our exhibitions or our in person trials as they are seen , tried and the final purchase is been made . We issue only store credits for the return or exchange of items only in case the item is found damaged ( which definitely never happens as every package is been checked thrice before dispatch ) Items purchased in the Sale/Discount period are not exchangeable or returnable. All items/pieces in the package must be returned in the same condition as it was sent in case any product is found damaged . It is mandatory to mention your order number and contact number on the package . No human hair toppers or wigs are exchanged or returned as they are customised according to the requirements . Regardless, store credit is given instead of a refund and Rs 200 will be deducted for all exchanges and returns. The store credit is a coupon code that can be used at checkout, for your next purchase or can be used for gifting or gift card could be purchased for the same . If the product has been used or modified in any form, it will be returned back to you shouldn’t be used or washed at all . If informed and sent within 5 days of receiving the product (no sale order is eligible for return or exchange) with a valid reason. ( only if the product is damaged or defective ) Other than that no exception will be made and if the product comes back to us out of that period, will be returned back without a reason to the sender . The cost of shipping back is done by the buyer . All customers have to pay for their returns or exchanges. We suggest that the shipping be done with a tracking option because Beaux Hair will not be responsible for any lost returns claimed by the buyer.
