Beaux hair India shipping timeline 

It takes one to two days for the order to be processed and it is shipped with in 3-5 working days across India. Once your order is dispatched you will be notified on your given mobile number or your email address been provided if in case we miss it you can always WhatsApp us with your order number to send you the courier tracking slip .   

  • We use Delhivery , FedEx and Trackon express for our deliveries across India and DHL/FEDEX for international shipments.
  • We offer free-of-cost delivery within India 
  • Keep in mind - Please  make an unboxing video of the package you receive, in order to claim any physical damage or missing product. No refund/exchange will be accepted without the video proof . We check thrice before dispatching any product also if you want video of the product can be sent on your number before it gets shipped from our side . 

Product Availability FOR BEAUX : 

If the product you ordered is not available beaux hair  will contact you immediately within 24 hours by phone, email, or both to see if you are interested in a product substitution. If a substitution is not a viable option for you and you wish to cancel your order completely, we will issue your payment as a refund . We always try to serve you the best from our side and keep all the products in stock everytime . 

How long will it take for me to receive the order?

Domestic orders 

We dispatch the order within 2-3 days of receiving the order itself . And usually you get the order before a week or in 10 days in India . In case you need something on a very urgent basis you can always WhatsApp us on 7878664836 and we can let you know if the product could be sent in 24 hours itself 

During holidays , bad weather conditions, natural calamities or political crises, and curfews, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies and their processing time . We assure you that we will try our best to have the product delivered to you as soon as possible and we truly appreciate your patience in that case of emergency . 

International order 

We deliver international shipments with DHL or FEDEX . The product can take up to 7-12 days from our end for you to receive it . There is international shipping charges been added with all products depending on the pincode that you could check . 

  • The shipping charge for international orders depends on your country mostly varies between 3000-4000 INR for express shipping . 
  • We cover the custom and taxes for our clients so they don’t have to pay extra from their end other than the product they are ordering . 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Beaux Hair will not resend or refund(store credit) a shipment that shows DELIVERED on Delhivery tracking and you say its not received . 

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are given to us or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by 2-4 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are been avoided or call our customer care number or WhatsApp us within 24 hours if any changes required .
