Worst customer service

No update about the shipment of the product even after a week of ordering. We need to bug them to know the status. Once I received the package I see the wrong product sent. I tried to contact via email and the whatsapp, no response even after 2 weeks.

Helo I buy from you with a condition that we can do highlights you said yes but it’s not. My topper gets spoil. I ordered again the same trooper but it came so scanty will less hair. N your staff is not replying.
