I am writing to express my absolute outrage regarding the handling of Order #4045 (AWB: 13624628725814). I made a full upfront payment of ₹3,800.00 via Razorpay on February 4, 2026, yet nearly three weeks later, I am empty-handed while being bombarded with contradictory and nonsensical automated emails.
The level of support and logistical coordination displayed here is utterly unacceptable. Please note the following timeline of your failure:
Feb 4: Payment successfully made.
Feb 11: I received an email stating the item was "Out for Delivery" and would be delivered that day. I was available; no delivery attempt was made.
Feb 16: Your logistics partner marked the order as RTO (Return to Origin), claiming "Consignee Unavailable." This is patently false. No courier contacted me, and I have been waiting at the registered address.
Feb 19 (4:15 PM): In a display of sheer incompetence, you sent a Review Request asking me to rate the product and "share my thoughts," despite the fact that your own system should show the item was never delivered.
Feb 19 (5:42 PM): An hour after the review request, I received another update from iThink Logistics stating the order is "Delayed" and they are "working hard" to get it to me.
How can an order be simultaneously RTO, Delivered (according to your review system), and Delayed?
I have fulfilled my end of the contract by paying in full. You have failed to fulfill yours. I am not interested in automated apologies or generic "stay excited" messages.
I am demanding one of the following within 24 hours:
Immediate Redelivery: Confirmation that the package has been re-dispatched via a reliable courier with a guaranteed delivery date.
Full Refund: If you cannot fulfill the order immediately, I expect a full refund of ₹3,800.00 to my original payment method.
If I do not receive a concrete resolution, I will be forced to escalate this as a consumer complaint and initiate a chargeback through my bank/Razorpay for services not rendered.
I expect a human response—not an automated template—immediately.
